The Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular
Medicine & Drug Research (PCMD) at ICCBS – University of Karachi invites
young scholars to participate in training programs in the emerging fields of
molecular medicine and drug research. The research activities at PCMD are
focused on the understanding of diseases, especially those prevalent in
Pakistan, with the goal of finding improved and innovative methods for diagnosis,
treatment, and prevention.

ICCBS has recently announced the
Summer Internship Program 2023 (June to July) for last year’s graduates and
final year BS/MSc/Pharm D/BE/BBA students. Qualifications in areas such as
Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Nanotechnology,
Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics & Computational
Chemistry, Cell Physiology, Genomics, Immunology, Microbiology, Pharmacology,
Proteomics, Stem Cell Research, Structural Biology, Virology, Bioequivalence
Studies, Diagnostic Laboratory, Molecular Bank, Plant Biotechnology, Civil
Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Information Technology, and Library & Information Sciences are required.
