Criteria
The organization is seeking Pakistani
Nationals who have completed a Three Years Diploma of Associate engineering in
Mechanical, Petroleum, or Mining with at least 60% marks and at most 25 years
old. In addition, applicants must have obtained a minimum of 2nd Division in
SSC with not less than 50% marks. The program provides trainees with a stipend
of Rs. 12500/- per month during their six-month academic training and 18-month
practical training period in the field. Outstation trainees are eligible for
free Bachelor Hostel Accommodation, subject to availability, as well as free
indoor treatment and transport facilities. Trainees who are appointed based on
merit must commit to serving the organization for at least five years under a
prescribed bond. If a trainee refuses to join the organization, they will be
required to repay the incurred costs, including but not limited to the stipend
paid during training at SMT and waived expenses such as fees or charges as
determined by the organization.
